Join Linda Loomis as she interviews longtime Liverpool resident Ken Wentworth. Ken, a fascinating storyteller, recalls the Liverpool of his childhood. Born of First Street in 1917, Ken shares memories of his father and grandfather who worked canal boats on both the Oswego and Erie Canals. He also talks about Longbranch Park, his school days, childhood friends and ice boating on Onondaga Lake. Ken contributed many historical photographs to illustrate his topics.
Linda Loomis is the co-editor of the Review, Liverpool's community newspaper, and teaches English at Onondaga Community College.
