LPLSELINSKI
Price: $10.00
Join Linda Loomis as she interviews former Liverpool resident and willow weaver Frank Selinski. Mr. Selinski, born in 1902, is the last living willow craftsman from Liverpool. His father taught him how weave baskets when he was just seven years old. Mr. Selinski weaves a willow egg basket while talking with Linda about salt making, the willow industry and growing up in Liverpool. Toby Crawford's pictures are used to illustrate some of Mr. Selinski's descriptions of the salt and willow industries.
Linda Loomis is the co-editor of the Review, Liverpool's community newspaper, and teaches English at Onondaga Community College.
